Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk-1st level support/inside Account Manager, based at our Frankfurt offices, to manage a number of our clients around the globe.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- 1st point of contact for customer support.
- Utilising internal monitoring system to respond to customer alerts.
- Assigning incoming issues to team members and escalate as needed.
- Liaison and communication between customer and development team.
- Organising and conducting training sessions.
- Assisting with new customer implementation and demonstrations.
