Technical Service & After Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Customer Support: Act as the primary technical contact for attaching machines, tools, and spare parts—providing support both via phone and on-site.
• Service Missions & Commissioning: Plan, calculate, and execute international service trips (both scheduled and emergency) and perform on-site commissioning of machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct final technical inspections of machines before shipment and support Quality Management in handling technical complaints.
• Knowledge Transfer: Plan and conduct technical training for internal and external partners, and create technical data sheets and recommendation reports.
• Service Management: Coordinate the deployment of international technicians, document global service reports, and manage invoicing for machine rental contracts.
• Operational Administration: Maintain SAP master data for spare parts, manage the spare parts warehouse (including procurement and inventory), and issue internal production orders.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Commercial-technical training, ideally specializing in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Solid knowledge of mechanics/machine technology and experience in technical customer service.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage for our international operations.
• Mobility: Valid Class B driver’s license and a strong willingness to travel globally.
• IT Skills: Proficient in standard systems, ideally with experience in SAP for master data and warehouse management.
• Personality: You are resilient, goal-oriented, and confident—even in fast-paced situations. Team spirit and a proactive approach are part of your DNA.
