Your Role

As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management and supporting business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide reports and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Support investment planning and cost optimization strategies
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial transparency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in controlling, financial analysis, or cost management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Onsite position
