• Eigenständige und qualifizierte Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Rohre und Rohrzubehör
• Betreuung unseres internationalen Kundenkreises / Ansprechpartner für vertragsrelevante und abwicklungstechnische Fragestellungen
• Auftragserfassung und Abwicklung in unserem ERP-System
• Bearbeitung fremdsprachiger Warendokumente
• Kontrolle termingerechter Auslieferungen
• Eigenständige Beurteilung von Transportmitteln und -wegen im internationalen Warenverkehr / Vergabe von Transportaufträgen
• Organisation und Begleitung von Materialinspektionen
• Anwendung der Incoterms 2020
• Prüfung kaufmännischer Vertragsdetails
• Projektbearbeitung /-abwicklung in kundenspezifischen Systemen/ Web- Portalen

Ihre Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Groß- und Außenhandel
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
• Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
• Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Produkten
