Your mission

• You are responsible for the new development and optimization of packaging solutions at The Quality Group sites as well as at our co-packers, with a focus on primary packaging (e.g., films, cans, bottles)
• You work closely with suppliers to implement technical and sustainable packaging concepts
• You review, coordinate, and approve packaging specifications
• You conduct production, filling, and transport tests to qualify new packaging
• You support production-related evaluations and derive optimization projects from them
• You take on a central interface function between Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales

Your experience & skills

• You have completed vocational training as a Packaging Technology Specialist, Packaging Technician, or in the field of Packaging Quality Management, or a completed degree in Packaging Technology
• You have gained initial practical experience in a technical environment or in production
• You have basic knowledge of maintaining packaging master data
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and work independently
• You have a confident, persuasive manner and enjoy practical, hands-on activities
