In dieser Position übernehmen Sie das präzise Kleben von Wachsteilen sowie die sorgfältige Montage von Baumaufbauten. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Transportwägen inklusive vollständig ausgefüllter Auftragspapiere reibungslos an den nächsten Prozessschritt übergeben werden. Darüber hinaus stellen Sie durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen und eigenverantwortliche Prüfungen eine konstant hohe Produktqualität sicher. Mit Ihrem Engagement tragen Sie aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen bei und bringen Ideen zur Optimierung Ihres Arbeitsbereichs ein.

Responsibilities

• Wachsteile kleben und Montage von Baumaufbauten
• Transportwägen incl. den ausgefüllten Auftragspapieren dem nächsten Prozessschritt zur Verfügung stellen
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Werkerselbstprüfungen
• Mitarbeit in der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und an Verbesserungen im Aufgabengebiet

Requirements

• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
• Kenntnisse in Zeichnungslesen sind von Vorteil
• Sie bringen Interesse an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Abteilung mit
• Sie pflegen einen sorgfältigen Umgang mit Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
• Sie sind flexibel und bringen die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb mit
• Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, mit Kollegen in einem partnerschaftlichen Team zusammenzuarbeiten und aktiv zum Betriebsergebnis beizutragen, zeichnet Sie aus
