Job Description
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Schmelzöfen ausschlagen, stampfen und im Anschluss sintern, auf Funktion und Sicherheit prüfen sowie nach Anweisung auschmelzen. Darüber hinaus umfasst die Tätigkeit das Gießen an verschiedenen Gießanlagen und das Vorbereiten und Einsetzen der Keramikschalen in unterschiedliche Brennöfen.
Responsibilities
- Schmelzöfen nach Erreichung der Zyklen nach Rücksprache ausschlagen
- Schmelzöfen nach Anweisung stampfen und im Anschluss sintern
- Schmelzöfen auf Funktion und Sicherheit prüfen
- Schmelzöfen nach Anweisung aufschmelzen
- Gießen an verschiedenen Gießanlagen
- Einsetzen der Keramikschale in unterschiedlichen Brennöfen
- Vorbereiten der Keramikschalen
Requirements
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder über vergleichbare Kenntnisse in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
- Sie bringen Interesse an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Abteilung mit
- Sie pflegen einen sorgfältigen Umgang mit Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
- Sie sind flexibel und bringen die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb mit
- Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, mit Kollegen in einem partnerschaftlichen Team zusammenzuarbeiten und aktiv zum Betriebsergebnis beizutragen, zeichnet Sie aus
