In dieser Position richten und bedienen Sie CNC-Maschinengruppen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf. Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Prüfplänen sicher und gewährleisten durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen eine gleichbleibend hohe Produktqualität.

Darüber hinaus beheben Sie auftretende Störungen, fertigen Einzel- und Serienteile und übernehmen Wartungs- sowie Reinigungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs.

Responsibilities

• Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinengruppen
• Sicherung der Qualität nach Vorgaben von Arbeits- und Prüfplänen
• Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen (Werker Selbstprüfung)
• Beseitigung von auftretenden Störungen
• Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Musterteilen sowie Klein- und Großserien
• Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten

Requirements

• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
• Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Gussteilen sind von Vorteil
• Sie bringen Interesse an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Abteilung mit
• Sie pflegen einen sorgfältigen Umgang mit Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
• Sie sind flexibel und bringen die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb mit
• Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, mit Kollegen in einem partnerschaftlichen Team zusammenzuarbeiten und aktiv zum Betriebsergebnis beizutragen, zeichnet Sie aus
