You work proactively, take ownership, and strategically refine processes—all backed by a strong talent for organization and communication.
WETEAMS is an award-winning design firm specializing in global, product-oriented brand development—from industrial design to user experience and interaction design.
Our studio is located in Hamburg’s creative Winterhude district, right on the Alster. Spread across two floors of a former carpenter’s workshop, over 30 design professionals from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds work together, with plenty of space for ideas, collaboration, and genuine creativity.
- Completed vocational training in a business-related field or comparable qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of/basic skills in accounting and SAP
- Proficiency in standard Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
The Position
Office Organization & Process Management
- Managing and overseeing all office operations is your primary responsibility
- Optimizing processes and refining organizational structures
- General administrative tasks (phone, mail, cash handling, correspondence)
- Reception and switchboard duties
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Supporting the accounting department
- Preparing documents, as well as creating and processing invoices
HR Organization & Employee Management
- Organizing and coordinating employee-related processes
- Staff scheduling, application management, and onboarding
- Further development of team structures
Day-to-day operations & operational planning
- Supporting the CEO and management in day-to-day operations
- Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, and events, including follow-up
- Organizing business trips and processing travel expense reports
