This is the role and main tasks

The Team Lead, EMEA & APJ Sales Development Representatives at Stibo Systems is not your typical role. The team we are building is not only responsible for qualifying leads and building pipeline, but also much more than that. Stibo Systems will give you a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in the fast-paced IT/tech market as we work with global leaders in our space.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage six individuals while also owning a small personal target (player/coach).
  • Drive an AI-first mentality for research and development.
  • Support recruitment and team development.
  • Work closely with Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts.
  • Profile strategic customer accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Strategic Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days.
  • Work daily with Field Marketing teams to focus on the MQLs and accounts that matter most.
  • Carry a monthly target for team opportunities and contribute to quarterly MBOs.

The Team

You will have close contact with your Sales and Field Marketing partners to support your daily work and future development. This position reports to the Global VP of Demand Generation and includes managing a team of six highly motivated SDRs located in Germany (2), the UK (2), France (1), and Australia (1). You will be based in one of our offices a minimum of one day per week.

You will focus on supporting the growth of our team members while driving the science behind the SDR function in partnership with your peer team lead in NA & LATAM.


Who we are looking for

Are you someone who thrives on targets, individual achievement, and developing others?

Moreover, we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar, now looking to try management.
  • High motivation to achieve and grow.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others.
  • Experience selling enterprise software.
  • Fluent English is required. Professional working proficiency in French is strongly preferred. Spanish is a plus.
  • Creative thinkers are always welcome!
