Support the day-to-day operations of smart Spain across sales, logistics, finance coordination and marketing activities. The intern will contribute to the smooth execution of internal processes, reporting, cross-functional coordination and commercial initiatives, while gaining broad exposure to the automotive business and the interaction between operational and marketing functions.

Task description

1. Operations Support (Sales, Logistics, Finance)

• Support the sales and operations team in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in preparing and updating reports related to sales performance, vehicle pipeline, registrations, stock and deliveries.
• Help monitor logistics flows, including vehicle arrivals, transfers, handovers and delivery status follow-up.
• Support coordination with internal departments and external partners such as agents, logistics providers and finance partners.
• Assist in verifying documentation, data accuracy and process compliance in operational workflows.
• Help track key business indicators and identify inconsistencies or issues requiring follow-up.
• Provide support in the preparation of presentations, internal summaries and ad hoc analyses for management.
• Assist in finance-related coordination tasks such as invoice tracking, purchase order follow-up, campaign support documentation and budget control support.

2. Marketing Support

• Support the marketing team in the execution of campaigns, events and brand activations.
• Assist in coordinating marketing materials, dealer/network requests and campaign follow-up.
• Help prepare market research, competitor benchmarking and campaign performance tracking.
• Support content preparation for presentations, newsletters, internal communications and event materials.
• Assist in managing marketing assets, reports, supplier follow-up and administrative tasks linked to the department.
Contribute to ensuring alignment between operational priorities and marketing actions.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Engineering or a comparable field.

Professional Experience

• Previous internship experience in sales, operations, logistics, finance or marketing is a plus, but not required.
Interest in the automotive industry and in cross-functional business operations is highly desirable.

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in business operations, reporting and commercial processes.
• Basic understanding of marketing and communication activities is a plus.
Comfortable working with data, reports and administrative processes.
