Hauptaufgaben:

• Umfassende Marken- und Store-Verantwortung
• Verkauf hochwertiger und exklusiver Kollektionen
• Kompetente und professionelle Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Kunden
• Erreichung der Umsatzziele sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Store Mitarbeiter
• Regelmäßige, proaktive, enge Feedbackprozesse mit dem Retail Manager
• Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts- und Kassensystem sowie Kassenverantwortung
• Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes
• Überwachung der Einhaltung betrieblicher Organisationsrichtlinien
• Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising Richtlinien und optimale Warenpräsentation
• Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen, organisatorischen Ablauf im Store
