JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Support (m/f/d) for Saturdays (8 hours) to support our Sales Team in our PRADA Store in Oberpollinger. You will be responsible to help the sales team in all aspects of the store and stock activities. To be part of a team and helping with every-day activities by ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Welcome and serve the customer always providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Support the team in all aspects of the Store.
• Maintain goods from the warehouse and to process orders from the Sales team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Passion for luxury fashion trends, and an understanding of the luxury retail market.

Fluent spoken German and English expected.
