Werkstattmeister für Land- und Baumaschinentechnik (m/w/d)

This is what you can expect:

• Technical management, supervision and support of workshop employees in the completion of tasks, as well as final inspection of the work carried out
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals for vehicles and machines
• Ensuring efficient and cost-effective workflow organisation in the workshop
• Control, management and procurement of necessary tools and auxiliary materials
• Supervision and training of apprentices

What you need to bring:

• You hold a master's degree in agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics (m/f/d).
• You also have several years of experience in workshop management and training supervision.
• You are responsible, show initiative and have good communication skills.
• You find it easy to motivate a team
• Entrepreneurial thinking and confident use of MS Office are a matter of course for you
