To further develop the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian markets, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Do you speak fluently either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?

Are your proficient in English or German?

Your tasks:

• Processing customer enquiries and orders
• Customer advice regarding the products on offer
• Coordination of production & delivery dates
• Constant contact with the sales representative, service staff, accounting and other departments
• Preparation of all export documents
• Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary

Your profile:

• Professional experience in customer service, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
• Convincing communication skills / good interpersonal skills
• Do you speak fluently either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian?
• German language skills an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Organisational talent
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently
• Basic technical understanding
• Good interpersonal skills and positive demeanour
