Your Role at a Glance
As Team Lead New Sales DACH, you will take ownership of winning new business in the DACH market and play a key role in accelerating Netigate’s next growth phase in one of our most important growth markets. You will manage complex sales cycles, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
Beyond delivering your own sales results, you will also be expected to bring seniority, structure, and commercial leadership to the team, while helping shape the DACH new sales setup.
This is a hybrid role based at our Frankfurt office, with an expected office presence of three days per week.
Your Key Responsibilities-
Own the full new business sales cycle in the DACH region, from prospecting to closing

Lead a team of currently 2 FTEs

Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within our defined ICP

Lead commercial dialogues with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Understand customer needs and translate them into clear value-based solution positioning

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and close collaboration with marketing

Drive structured deal execution, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

Act as a senior sparring partner within the sales organization and contribute to best practices in messaging, negotiation, and pipeline management

Several years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience in complex solution selling

Strong track record in new business acquisition, closing high-value deals, and consistently meeting/exceeding targets

Experience selling to stakeholders in the DACH market

Strong commercial drive combined with a consultative and value-based sales approach

Confidence in managing longer and more complex sales processes

Structured way of working with solid forecasting and pipeline management skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English

A collaborative mindset and the ambition to contribute beyond your own quota

Previous leadership, mentoring, or team coaching experience is a strong plus

Quarterly commission payouts with upside for exceeding targets.
