Site Manager (m/f/d) – FTTH (N4)

Tasks

• Site survey, supervision, and support for FTTH expansion projects (Network Level 4)
• Coordination of all trades and subcontractors on-site
• Ensuring adherence to construction plans, timelines, and quality standards
• Inspection and billing of construction services
• Documentation, submission of relevant files, acceptance procedures & meeting minutes
• Identification and follow-up of construction defects until resolution

Profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in civil engineering)
• Several years of experience in FTTH / telecom infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of relevant building regulations and industry standards
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Additional languages such as Polish, Greek, Bosnian, Croatian, or Albanian are a plus
• Independent, structured work style and strong technical understanding
