About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER(or HR)
Helpful Organizational culture and HR work experience.
Intermediate English proficiency is required; Korean languge skills are preferred.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is required.
A valid driving license (Class B) is required
Frequent overseas business trips possible (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Türkiye...)

Your tasks

Identify internal and external labor-management trends and establish strategies
Labor council planning and operation
Planning and implementation of global ER diagnosis/inspection
Preparation of labor risk management and preventive measures
Support for factory labor management and establish measures to improve labor-management relations
Listen to opinions from factory workers and establish improvement plans
Factory collective bargaining response
Response to labor-related issues
