For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Internship Logistics (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible (6 Months period).

Internship Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Purchase orders and the preparation of sales invoices
• Ensure and coordinate the stock quantities to be kept, including delivery order processing to the parent company, incoming and outgoing posting
• Monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
• Support our Supply Chain Manager for the complete handling of the transport chain and logistical processes
• Support our Supply Chain Manager by the tracking of supplier contracts, checking and entering supplier invoices
• Monthly stock analysis and inventory
• Support for customer care and the handling of customer complaints
• Active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual reports and the preparation of reports and statistics

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Safe handling of MS Office programs
• Fluency in English language, knowledge of German or Korean is advantageous
• Customer and service-oriented attitude
• Structured, self-dependent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
