In this role you will:

  • Collaborate directly with senior colleagues, providing expert advice on a broad range of national and international tax law;
  • Offer support and guidance in complex tax audits and tax litigation before Austrian tax courts;
  • Manage intricate international tax disputes and secure binding tax rulings for our clients;
  • Handle sensitive fiscal criminal law matters with discretion and expertise;
  • Advise on multijurisdictional transactions, including M&A, reorganizations, restructurings, and other tax-related aspects;
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of the law firm – your ideas, initiative, and commitment will make a meaningful impact;
  • Thrive in a bilingual, multicultural environment that values teamwork and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key skills and experience required:

  • A completed degree in law or business law;
  • 1-4 years of experience in tax law, ideally gained in a law firm or tax consultancy;
  • Completion of the bar exam and judicial clerkship is an advantage but not required;
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
  • Driven, adaptable, and with a strong sense of responsibility – ideal for candidates eager to grow and take on new challenges early in their career.
