About the Position
This is a fulltime permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
Working hours are scheduled and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store and play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
You will act as a role model for the team, contribute to a positive store culture, and help ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service every day.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead by Example - You inspire customers and colleagues through exceptional service, strong engagement, professionalism, and a clear focus on sales performance.
Support Daily Store Operations - Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including planning, follow-up, operational routines, and ensuring that the store consistently meets company standards.
Drive Sales Performance - Actively contribute to achieving sales targets by following key performance indicators, understanding store goals and budgets, and motivating the team to deliver strong results.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences - Welcome, guide, and inspire customers through personalized service, product knowledge, and styling advice, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.
Maintain an Attractive and Well-Organized Store - Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, organized, and ready to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience at all times.
Support Inventory Management - Maintain a strong understanding of stock levels, inventory processes, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient store operations.
Contribute to a Safe and Secure Store Environment - Support loss prevention initiatives and help minimize stock discrepancies while following company procedures and best practices.
Strengthen the Team - Contribute to a positive working environment by supporting colleagues, encouraging collaboration, and helping create a strong team spirit and job satisfaction.
We Believe You Have

Previous retail experience, preferably in a position with additional responsibilities.

A genuine passion for customer service, sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

The ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

An interest in fashion and a strong commercial mindset.
