Verantwortung für die technische Realisierung von Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten
Fachliche Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter im Projektteam
Erstellung, Controlling und Umsetzung von Projekt-, Termin- und Ressourcenplänen
Aktives Vorantreiben von Optimierungen im Projektverlauf
Transparente und aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
Vorausschauendes Risikomanagement zur Vermeidung oder Reduzierung von Risiken
Regelmäßiges Reporting gegenüber Kunden, Vorgesetzter sowie der Geschäftsführung
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Projektmanagementtools

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus, der physikalischen Technik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement des B2B-Bereichs, idealerweise in der Messtechnik oder des Sondermaschinenbaus
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein verbindliches und souveränes Auftreten
Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
Spaß an einer aktiven Rolle als Projektmanager (m/w/d) in einem engagierten Team
Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
Routinierter Umgang mit der gängigen PM-Software und MS-Office Anwendungen
Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik, Elektrotechnik, im Maschinenbau oder in den optischen Technologien wünschenswert
