About this position

What you can expect

Together with a team of experienced specialists from our company, you will be responsible for supporting our customers' Windows-based system landscapes. You will take care of the installation, configuration and administration of complex Microsoft infrastructures and provide 2nd level support. Thanks to your many years of experience, you will also be able to carry out projects independently.

What you should bring to the table table

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent professional qualification
  
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Client/ Server, Microsoft365)
  
• Experience in the IT environment appropriate to the position, especially in second-level support
  
• Preferably you have a valid Microsoft certification
  
• Experience in the areas of virtualization (OS, desktop, app) and backup & recovery
  
• High service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
  
• High sense of responsibility and analytical skills as well as high intrinsic motivation, team spirit and commitment
  
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Convincing communication skills and a confident manner round off your profile
