  • 5+ years’ experience in energy/ infrastructure asset management, including at least 5 years in renewable energy and proven utility-scale solar PV portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing SPVs and portfolios across multiple European countries, with hands-on responsibility for commercial asset performance.
  • Solid understanding of project finance structures, financial covenants and lender/ investor reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow modelling, P&L management and value-creation mindset.
  • Excellent contract management skills, including risk identification, mitigation and optimisation of commercial terms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven international team leadership, stakeholder management and clear communication skills, including presentations to senior management and external counterparties.
  • Solid understanding of European power markets and renewable energy regulation; advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills (experience with asset management/reporting tools a plus).
  • Fluent business German & English; additional European languages an advantage; willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
What we offer

  • Flexible working hours and the chance to gain valuable professional experience alongside your studies.
  • A motivated and international team as well as an open and collaborative working environment.
