You can expect the following

• Review of specialist planning services to ensure quality across all project phases
• Monitoring of the specialist planning process at the interface with architectural design
• Further development of review routines and internal planning tools
• Development of sustainable MEP concepts for feasibility studies, competitions, and implementation projects
• Presentation of technical content in direct exchange with colleagues and within internal training sessions
• Close collaboration with internal and external project partners

You bring along

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a technical college or vocational academy
• Methodological competence for integrating planning content
• Initial experience in the design and execution of building services systems and facilities
• Basic knowledge of common planning and BIM software tools
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment and communicate technical topics clearly and effectively
• Fluent German skills and good knowledge of English
