We are in the middle of a major facility ramp-up, and we need someone who brings structure to the beautiful chaos. In this varied coordination and support role, you will be the organisational backbone for our leadership team: keeping things on track, connecting the dots between departments and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Deine Aufgaben

  • Keep the department head's back free: from calendar management to organisational fine-tuning
  • Coordinate appointments, workshops, meetings and technical alignment sessions across teams
  • Prepare documentation, meeting minutes, KPI reports and dashboards
  • Track open items, action points and deadlines so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
  • Lend a hand with recruiting, onboarding and internal communication processes
  • Act as the go-to interface between HR, Operations, Procurement and the project team

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • A few years of experience in coordination, assistant or PMO roles – but what matters most is how you work, not how long you've been at it
  • Language skills: C1 German and B1 English (minimum)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to coordinate and track multiple topics in parallel
  • Confident use of Microsoft office, MS project
  • Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
