The Quality Operator plays a critical role in upholding, monitoring, and continuously improving quality standards across our production operations. This detail-oriented individual will champion quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements throughout the supply chain and production floor.

Deine Aufgaben

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs while effectively training production teams on compliance and quality best practices.
• Quality Auditing: Plan and execute internal audits, prepare comprehensive audit checklists and reports, manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and provide crucial support during external audits.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform daily quality data analysis to identify emerging trends and execute root cause analyses. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate key quality metrics to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion workplace organization by implementing and sustaining 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and conducting regular 5S audits.
• Supplier Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance by maintaining accurate scorecards, issuing non-conformance tickets, and coordinating effective resolutions.

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Education: Degree, diploma, or formal education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify core issues, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train team members and collaborate effectively with suppliers.
