We are at the inflection point where broadcast media transitions from on-prem infrastructure to the cloud. To lead this charge in one of Europe’s most vital markets, we are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Director for the DACH region.

The Role

As the Regional Sales Director (DACH), you will be the driving force behind our continued success in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be targeting major news outlets, broadcasters, production companies, and enterprise media teams, helping them replace their clunky legacy systems with our modern web-based workflows.

You will work closely with our global sales team, presales engineers, and our regional office in Munich to identify, nurture, and close enterprise SaaS deals.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Revenue: Own the entire sales cycle for the DACH region, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiating and closing complex deals.

  • Market Expansion: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to capture market share from legacy vendors.

  • Evangelize the Future: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, News Directors, and CTOs, showing them how Saga and Mimir can transform their editorial and production workflows.

  • Collaborate & Lead: Work hand-in-hand with our presales, marketing, and product teams to deliver winning pitches and ensure customer success.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and expand a strong network of direct clients and channel partners across the region.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Media Tech Seller: You have a proven track record of B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales, specifically within the broadcast, media, or video technology space (MAM, PAM, NRCS, or similar).

  • A Challenger: You aren’t afraid to disrupt the status quo. You understand how to sell modern, cloud-native solutions against entrenched on-premise competitors.

  • Networked in DACH: You bring an established network of decision-makers in DACH broadcasters, newsrooms, and production houses.

  • Strategic & Driven: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You take complete ownership of your territory and your results.

  • Fluent Communicator: Native-level German and professional fluency in English are strictly required.
