Together with our growth partner EOS (Munich-based Private Equity firm), we are pursuing a global Buy & Build strategy with the clear goal to develop the leading European pure-play IFS partner platform. In this regard, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to expand our brand, lead external communication, optimize our lead management and to raise our marketing to the next level.


Responsibilities


Campaign Strategy & Content

  • Develop and execute the group-wide marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Build, govern and refine solution messaging frameworks and integrated campaign plans in close collaboration with Sales, leveraging customer insights and market feedback
  • Drive measurable sales pipeline and revenue through solution-led campaigns, continuously optimizing for conversion and growth
  • Define, govern and track campaign SQL targets, supporting account selection and prioritization in alignment with sales plays and pipeline objectives

Performance & Optimization

  • Manage the marketing budget and monitor performance through KPIs, ensuring efficient resource allocation, strong ROI and contribution to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Expand brand awareness and increase lead generation across all digital channels, including SEO and AEO, maximizing customer reach and engagement
  • Own and further develop marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems (e.g. HubSpot, Active Campaign, Salesforce, Odoo) to ensure scalable, data-driven execution


Your Profile

  • You are a passionate leader and marketeer, and you are used to execute on a global level together with ambitious private equity shareholders
  • You have experience with Buy & Build strategies and are familiar with post-merger integrations
  • Completed degree in marketing, communications, media management, or a comparable qualification
  • Senior expertise in B2B marketing, ideally within a software or IT services environment
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Proven experience in defining, governing, and optimizing SQL targets, campaign KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, and digital content best practices
  • Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Confident and credible in representing the company externally at customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are welcome
