About the role
As a Account Manager – Treasury Solutions, you will play a key role in driving growth across the DACH region by selling FIS treasury management solutions to mid-market corporates. You will support senior sales colleagues while developing your own pipeline, building client relationships, and contributing to new business acquisition in a fast-growing fintech environment.
About the team
You will be part of a high-performing sales team focused on delivering treasury and risk management solutions to corporate clients across Europe. The team collaborates closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions and support clients through the full sales lifecycle.
What you will be doing
- Support and develop new business opportunities across mid-market corporates in the DACH region
- Manage elements of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance stakeholders
- Position FIS Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions to address client needs
- Work closely with senior sales executives and internal stakeholders to progress deals and drive revenue
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscape, and treasury transformation initiatives
What you will need
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to corporate clients
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exposure to financial technology, treasury, or corporate banking solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in German and English
Added bonus if you have
- Experience selling or supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, or treasury workflows
- Experience working with mid-market corporates across DACH
