Tasks you will take on

• Lead project teams, ensuring a good team member integration and project output.
• Manage projects technically and content-wise, following FDTech processes.
• Identify, track, and train employees on project-specific technical skills.
• Utilize team members' strengths and skills effectively.
• Empower the team to solve problems independently, providing support as needed.
• Improve project profitability through measures and financial management.
• Serve as a trustworthy customer interface, handling billing, service control, inquiries, offers, and follow-up projects.
• Identify and leverage market trends and competition to exploit new opportunities.

Your qualifications include

• Project Management certifications
• Business fluent in German and English (Due to the requirements, we cannot consider a German level below C1)
• Successfully completed studies in STEM (Computer science, Electrical engineering, Mathematic, Physic, Mechanical Engineering, ...) – minimum Bachelor

Your skills include

• Strong project management skills and solid experience in managing projects worth over € 1 million annually
• Software project management experience
• Motivated and customer oriented, ready to take responsibility
• Enthusiastic about the project management in a non-traditional organizational structure
• Solution-oriented in challenging situations
