HR Intern

Then this opportunity at Faber could be a great next step.We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in a variety of activities and projects, while gaining hands-on experience across the full HR agenda.About Faber Faber is an international family business with a leading position in sustainable load carrier services. Every day, we help move goods efficiently through supply chains across Europe by making circularity work in practice. At Faber, you will work with experienced professionals in an environment that combines ambition, collaboration and a down-to-earth culture.This internship is suitable for both working students and graduate interns. You are available for at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months. The internship is based in Den Bosch, with some flexibility to work partly remotely. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

Your Impact

During this internship, you will be part of the HR team and support a range of operational and project-based activities, such as:

• Supporting the further development of job frameworks and organisational structure documentation
• Assisting with Talent Acquisition improvement initiatives
• Supporting HR and project leads on key people-related projects, such as onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Helping to ensure HR records and documentation are accurate, complete and well maintained
• Identifying communication and change support needs and helping create materials to support these efforts
