Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Develop and plan aseptic filling processes from design through production handover in close collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Provide expert solutions for complex cleanroom and filling technologies, including isolators, freeze-drying, filling systems, inspection, and sterilization processes.

Lead the technical project team by structuring, organizing, and delegating tasks effectively.

Oversee the creation of key project documents such as flow diagrams, layouts, specifications, and tenders.

Take responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality within your planning scope.

Manage technical procurement, evaluate supplier offers, prepare bid assessments, and guide the awarding process.

Apply pharmaceutical engineering expertise to identify risks early and act as a role model in communication, leadership, and best-practice implementation.
Show your expertise

Degree or technical training in pharmaceutical technology, life sciences engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.

10+ years of experience in plant construction/plant design and/or pharmaceutical production.

Broad interdisciplinary knowledge and a proactive approach to sharing solutions across projects.

Strong GMP expertise and active interest in current regulatory developments or relevant associations.

Excellent communication, moderation, and conflict-resolution skills.
-
Strong customer empathy, the ability to inspire, and leadership qualities in client interactions.
-
Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken.
