As Senior Director Operations Installation Services, you will lead the strategic business direction and financial performance of Exentec’s Installation Services organization across Europe, based in Germany. In this role, you will carry end-to-end P&L accountability and lead a senior management set-up with multiple direct reports in a project-driven environment.

The position is designed as a business leadership function with accountability for strategic direction, reporting, operational project execution, current client management, HR, finance, and subcontracting governance.

Define and drive the strategic direction of the Installation Services business in alignment with Exentec’s corporate strategy and long‑term objectives, including portfolio priorities and market development across the region.

Hold full global P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance steering, and capital allocation, while ensuring transparency through clear governance and reporting.

Lead, develop, and maintain high‑performing management and leadership teams, ensuring strong leadership quality and effective organizational structures across the region.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement at business level by enabling efficiency, quality, and delivery performance through scalable processes and effective subcontractor management.

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in project‑driven environments, with proven leadership in MEP / mechanical and high‑tech buildings, and a track record in comparable senior roles with full P&L responsibility.

Leadership and capabilities: Strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and financial acumen, paired with a hands‑on leadership style, high accountability, and the ability to inspire and manage senior teams in complex stakeholder settings.

Business perspective: Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong problem‑solving ability for complex operational and organizational topics, and experience operating in global/matrix environments.

Languages and mobility: Fluency in English and German is required; Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
