Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as the data center industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager Logistics / Site Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction logistics activities, ensuring efficient material flow and smooth site operations within complex EPC projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech data center projects with focus on site logistics
• Planning, coordination, and optimization of all on-site logistics processes (material flow, deliveries, storage areas)
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal interfaces within logistics scope
• Responsibility for site logistics concepts, access routes, traffic management, and laydown areas
• Schedule planning and ensuring timely material availability to support construction progress
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and site safety requirements

Show your expertise

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master’s or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in construction management or construction logistics, ideally in data center, industrial, or plant construction projects
• Experience in planning and implementing construction logistics concepts
• Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and safety standards
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working approach
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to stay on site during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, teamwork, and assertiveness
• Proficiency in German and good English skills
• Valid German driver’s license Class B
