Erste Group Commercial Real Estate is the specialist of Erste Group for real estate financing in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and focuses its services on a wide variety of financing solutions for real estate projects (office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and hotels) as well as provides know-how for real estate project development. Within this division, the department “Commercial Real Estate Clients International” offers customized loans and first-class financial services for commercial real estate clients on various locations within its core markets.

Your Tasks

Working within a team of financing experts and assisting in the handling of our real estate financing portfolio
Preparing various reports on our financing portfolio and its performance
Analyzing specific real estate projects
Supporting the sales team in preparing applications for the decision-making bodies of Erste Group

Your Background

Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences with a special focus on real estate
Acting as a team player with strong communication and social skills, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn
Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and/or a CEE language is a plus
