What to do:

Planning, coordination, and execution of projects in an agile environment
Ensuring smooth processes and communication between all stakeholders
Supporting the introduction and continuous improvement of modern workplace solutions
Independently organizing tasks and appointments
Creating and updating compliance documentation
Coordinating changes in the modern workplace environment
Taking ownership of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and smaller SaaS solutions within the Modern Work domain

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Agile methodology mindset
Basic technical understanding
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent and structured working style

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in the modern workplace environment
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaboration
Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft 365
