EPI Europrop International GmbH is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, delivery and logistic support of the TP400-D6 engines for the A400M aircraft. The Company, headquartered in Munich, was founded in 2002 by the four shareholders Industria de Turbo Propulsores S. A. U (ITP AERO), MTUAero Engines AG, Rolls-Royce plc. and SAFRAN Aircraft Engines SAS (formerly SNECMA S.A.S.). The Liason Office of EPI GmbH is located in Madrid, Spain.

Work Student - Supply Chain (m/f/d) - (16h/week)
Location: Munich

Accountabilities:

1.) Support of the Supply Chain team:

• Support in managing the production and delivery of hardware.
• Support forecasting process and supply chain governance.
• Support order management in placing orders, tracking of shipments and follow-up Actions to resolve any issues during delivery.
• Responsible for stock management and goods movement within SAP.
• Communicate effectively and clearly to Head of Product Delivery when the supply chain is unable to fulfil the customer need on time or on quality.
• Support the risk management process and supplier industrial reviews.

2.) Continuous improvement of supply chain activities:

• Continually identify improvements to our ways of working.
• Work as a critical part of the team to implement improvement activities.
• Support development of the supply chain aligned to future business.

Profile:

• You are a registered student focusing in Supply Chain Management, Aviation/Aerospace, Engineering or a comparable course of study.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and are particularly familiar with Excel.
• You have very good skills in German and English. French and/or Spanish are a plus.
• You work in a structured, independent and self-reliant manner.
• You enjoy working in a team and are flexible and able to work under pressure.
• You are open to new challenges and tasks.

Additional Information:

You will be deployed in the entire Product Delivery and the Supply Chain team to gain an overview of all processes and complex interrelationships, including those with other departments, our parent companies and suppliers. In addition to English, you can also improve your French, Spanish and Italian skills due to the international team.
