Venture Capital Intern

To support our growing team, we are looking for a Venture Capital Intern (m/f/d) for 3–6 months. Your work location will be Münster, with the option to work partially remote.

Your Responsibilities

• Support live investment projects and portfolio work
• Identification, evaluation, and analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses
• Research technology and startup trends to proactively identify promising companies
• Analysis and modeling of business plans and financial projections
• Preparation of decision documents, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external use

Your Profile

• Enrolled in or completed a university degree (e.g. finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field)
• Practical experience in high-paced environments (e.g. start-ups, VC, consulting, PE, etc.) is a plus
• Motivation to work independently and proactively on complex topics
• Team-oriented mindset with a high level of commitment
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Solid understanding of business models, revenue logic, and cost structures
• Confident use of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
