Join Dentsply Sirona at our VDW site in Munich as a Quality Management Coordinator focused on Quality Systems and Audit Management. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with medical device regulations while driving continuous quality improvement across production and supplier processes. Please note that this position requires a strong on-site presence.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS / eDMS) and related documentation
  
• Manage the Audit Program, including planning and execution of internal audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, and MDSAP requirements
• Support local supplier management, including evaluations and quality assessments
• Act as QA contact for quality-related topics in goods receipt and production
• Create and maintain QA documentation (processes, procedures, test results)
• Prepare and deliver employee trainings (e.g., eDMS, quality processes)
• Contribute to CAPA reporting and management reviews (KPI tracking)
• Support external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
• Participate in inspections, production tours, and QA-related projects

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment (ideally medical devices)
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP)
• Experience with audit management and document control systems (eQMS/eDMS)
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes is a plus
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in German and good English skills
