We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) – Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department.

Location: Düsseldorf or Munich

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of contracts in EMEAR and India from the creation of the contracts to the contracts filing through the signature process as well as the DPO function in ECAL.

• You will support local lawyers in EMEAR and India with daily tasks such as Lex, NDA, PO, localization of contractual templates (including translation) and the administration of the compliance check for Distributors.

• You will participate to internal and external meetings together with Legal Counsels and help with follow-up actions such as organization meetings or drafting of simple legal documents.

• You will support the GEO legal departments in EMEAR and India in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled student in the field of Law.

• Any experience in reviewing NDAs, Data Processing Agreements or working in the legal department of a company are of benefit

• You are fluent in English and German (ideally another European language such as Spanish or Polish).

• You have a friendly and open-minded personality, attention to detail and are eager to learn.

• You are eager to learn and You pay attention to detail and are able to perform tasks autonomously when required.
