Assistant Contract Management (m/w/x)

zunächst befristet auf 1-2 Jahre

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement mit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), einschließlich Vertragserstellung, Abstimmung, Genehmigung, Dokumentation und Prozessoptimierung
• Durchführung der Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle, Budgetplanung und Forecast-Erstellung sowie Betreuung von Spendenprozessen Schnittstellenfunktion für interne Fachbereiche, Unterstützung bei Audits
• Mitarbeit an Projekten, SOPs sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen im Bereich Contract & Compliance Management

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen:

• 3-jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung z. B. zum Industriekaufmann
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Berufsfeld
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Reporting und Vertragsrecht
• souveräner Umgang mit SAP, Financial Accouting und Controlling
• gute Englischkenntnisse
