Description:
- Support the organization and administration of trainings (participant management, invitations, logistics)
- Keep track of training hours, attendance, and documentation
- Support and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Help coordinate the Global Training Portfolio and OPD initiatives
- Support HR back-office and administrative tasks for the Group HR team
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external training providers
- Enrolled Bachelor or Master student (in HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar)
- Strong interest in Human Resources & Learning and Development
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented working styleGood communication skills and a hands-on mindset
- Confident with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Very good English; German is a plus
- First experience with HR systems or LMS is an advantage (not required)
- Location: Vienna, Austria (with the option to work partially from Home Office)
- Contract type: Limited to 6 months (with the option to extend)
- Start: as of now
- Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w) or partime (up to 25h/w) - depending on the candidate
- Compensation: According to the applicable Collective Bargain Agreement, the min. annual compensation for a fulltime is: 35.963,20 EUR gross. Any overpayment depends on the job-related experience & competencies of the candidate.
