Office assistant Mainz - part/full time

These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for processing travel and expense claims for German colleagues
• Office management and reception of visitors at our office in Mainz
• Reviewing credit card statements in SAP Concur
• Handling enquiries from the SAP Concur Helpdesk inbox
• Providing expert support in fleet management
• Supporting the German management team/site managers in all organisational, operational and administrative matters
• Managing client-project-specific requirements (e.g. project onboarding/offboarding)

What you should bring with you:

• Qualified vocational training and/or high school diploma
• Professional experience in a comparable function desirable
• Friendly and courteous demeanor
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
• Good MS Office skills
• Organizational skills and service-oriented commitment
• High team spirit and flexibility
• Knowledge of Concur (nice to have)
