Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team and lead the sales of our innovative PLM solutions across the EuroCentral region.

As the Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue and building strategic relationships with large enterprise organizations across the EuroCentral region . You will promote Centric Software’s next-generation PLM solutions, helping leading brands optimize complex product development processes and accelerate time-to-market.

This role is suited for a senior sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. You will play a critical role in shaping long-term partnerships, navigating large-scale opportunities, and delivering high-value solutions to global organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of revenue generation within the assigned territory, as well as the quality and strength of executive relationships.
  • Lead in-depth, enterprise-level sales presentations of the full Centric PLM Solution suite.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales cycles from prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities where Centric PLM Solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Analyze customer business requirements and develop tailored sales strategies and solution proposals.
  • Produce high-quality written proposals, business cases, and commercial quotations.
  • Lead and contribute to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses for large-scale opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with customer technology landscapes.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Represent Centric Software at regional and international trade shows, industry events, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales, ideally within PLM or related enterprise applications (ERP, MRP, SCM, CRM).
  • Fluency in both German and English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding high-value annual quotas.
  • Experience closing large-scale software deals (typically €1,000,000 + contract values).
  • Strong presence with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership audiences.
  • Proven expertise in new account development and enterprise prospecting.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in value-based or solution selling methodologies.
  • Experience preparing and leading RFI/RFP responses for enterprise opportunities.
  • Ability to build trusted, multi-level relationships internally and with customers.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving technology and commercial environment.
  • Industry knowledge in apparel, retail, or FMCG is highly desirable.
