Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the Sales team in acquiring new projects.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the EV charging market and relevant regulations.
• Lead RFQ/RFI processes and achieve project targets according to defined milestones.
• Execute projects as the local support representative in Europe.
• Act as Project Manager for the fast-charging business based in Germany.
• Serve as a key project driver to ensure timely and high-quality project results.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Degree in Science or Engineering, or a related field.
• More than one year of experience in the Li-ion power battery industry or ECU development.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and German as working languages.
• Ability to communicate effectively with German and other European customers.
• Solid understanding of the EV charging industry.
• Project management experience.
