Your areas of impact

The System Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining complex systems that integrate mechanical, electrical and software components.

This role requires a multidisciplinary approach to innovate and optimize our products, systems and processes.

Definition and implementation of appropriate technical concepts to meet market and customer requirements. The focus is on accuracy, throughput, cleanliness and stability.
Definition and application of appropriate development tools and methods (modeling, simulation, problem solving, DoE).
Plan, execute and analyze tests regarding machine performance, troubleshooting and design enhancement verification with responsibility for ensuring sufficient execution.
Close cooperation with the technical disciplines involved in the development (design, image processing, electronics, control engineering, prototyping, mechatronics, purchasing, process development).
Responsibility for the qualification of new developments at machine level.
Your capacity for excellence
Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, control systems, and programming
Proven experience is preferred, working on projects involving integrated mechatronic systems or similar multidisciplinary products
Experience with programming using languages such as C/C++, Python or MATLAB/Simulink
Analytic, communication and presenting skills to prepare and support decision processes
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to analyze system performance, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
Good English and German language skills
