•In der oben genannten Position fungierst du sowohl als fachliche als auch disziplinarische Führungskraft deines eigenen Teams

•Du bist Ansprechpartner*in hinsichtlich operativer Abläufe und deren Umsetzung in unserem Unternehmen

•Du verantwortest die Erstellung des monatlichen Konzernreportingsund des regulatorischen Gruppenreportings

•Zusammen mit deinem Team hast du eine tragende Rolle bei alles Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und IFRS

•Du unterstützt maßgeblich bei der Einführung von neuen Prozessen

•Bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, der Einführung von neuen Programmen und Produkten wirkst du aktiv mit

•Du übernimmst die Hauptverantwortung für den Bereich der Schweizer Staats- und Gemeindesteuern, MWSt., Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuern

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

•Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Prüfung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung

•Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln, schaffst es dein Team zu motivieren und nimmst eine Vorbildfunktion ein

•Du besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und zu vermitteln

•Du bestichst mit deiner Hands-On-Mentalität und bist bereit dein Team aktiv zu unterstützen

•Durch deine guten Kommunikationskenntnisse fällt es dir leicht als interne Schnittstelle zu agieren

•Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 4.500,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
