What you will do

  • Develop and execute category-specific procurement strategies for IT, including SaaS, Cloud, hardware, and cybersecurity.

  • Conduct supplier analysis, market research, and manage supplier selection processes.

  • Negotiate contracts and foster strong supplier relationships.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage sourcing projects aligned with category goals.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management practices, and supplier performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs.

What you bring & who you are

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on value creation.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
