Ihr Profil:

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf B1/B2-Niveau sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Kommunikativ und kundenorientiert

• Teamfähig und zuverlässig

Ihre Aufgaben

• Reinigung von Laborutensilien (einsammeln, vorreinigen, kontrollieren, verteilen)

• Reinigung und Pflege der Geschirrspüler und Trockner (abpumpen, Filterreinigung)

• Reinigung der Waschbecken in den Laboren

• Verantwortung für die Laborkleidung (einsammeln, zur Reinigung geben, kontrollieren, verteilen)

• Betreuung von Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Sicherheitsbrillen und Handtüchern (einsammeln, reinigen, kontrollieren, verteilen)

• Gravieren von Laborutensilien

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Zuverlässige Ausführung der vom Kunden beauftragten Dienstleistungen

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Serviceablaufs

• Weitergabe relevanter Kundeninformationen an Vorgesetzte

• Ansprechpartner:in für den Kunden, um Transparenz und Servicequalität sicherzustellen
